Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show

Classic car enthusiasts from all over the UK, and indeed all over the world come to this show, one of the most popular car shows in the UK. A chance to see beautifully maintained and wonderfully restored classic cars. The top collectors allow their cars to be seen by the public at this event and you are unlikely to see many of these cars anywhere else. Classic Porsches, Ferraris and Astons will all be there, along with Sir Stirling Moss and Mike and Edd from hit discovery TV show, Wheeler Dealers.
The 43rd Tokyo Motor Show

If you went to see the cars of roads past in Birmingham you can then hop on a plane a few days later and see the cars of roads future at the 43rd Tokyo Motor Show. Famous for showcasing the concept cars of the world’s top automobile manufacturers, this is the place to see what the industry hopes to bring in the next 5, 10, or 15 years. The cars themselves may not make the assembly line in these forms, but you can bet some of the systems, toys and gadgets will be in these companies’ next models.

One for the real gearheads and speed freaks. This takes place alongside Auto sport International (see below) and allows you access to some of the greatest cars on the market today. These are the absolute top-end cars, the Aston Martins, the Ferraris, the McLarens and the Lamborghinis, as well as some more exotic and niche manufacturers. There is also a live action arena where you can get to see some of these unbelievable specimens in action.

Held alongside the Performance Car Show, this is for the racers. Cars, drivers and crew from F1, rally and other motorsports will be available to see and talk to throughout the event. If that’s not enough, try your skills in the Grand Prix simulator or take part in the Caterham Experience. After that, relax by heading over to the live stage for interviews with some of motorsports greatest drivers, designers and personalities.
